Shipping Policy

Excellent customer service is of paramount priority to us. Products are typically shipped within 24 hours of the time you place your order. Depending on the location, orders placed on Friday may go out on Monday to ensure the crèmes arrive in premium condition.

Occasionally our automated shipping widget charges more than the actual cost of shipping and handling. If this happens we will refund the difference to your credit card.

In Warm Weather
Our crèmes are formulated of entirely natural ingredients. We therefore take extra measures to ensure your products arrive in the best possible condition. During the warm months you will receive a gel pack to prevent crèmes from losing potency in transit. A small fee may be added to shipping charges to cover the cost of the gel pack during these months only.
